Gull Aire Village, located at 151-B Gull Aire Blvd., Oldsmar, FL 34677, is a deed restricted, socially active, senior community with 606 residences consisting of manufactured and site built homes. We are one of the few senior communities in the area with low cost community maintenance fees and where residents own their property. Located in the City of Oldsmar, Pinellas County, we are conveniently located close to shopping, theaters, beaches and cultural events.
